Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
We focus on challenging automatic thoughts, behaviors, and emotions using coping skills and strategies you can practice in session and on your own. You'll leave with a toolbox of strategies tailored to your needs, learning to identify patterns, explore the role they play, and work through them.

Emotionally Focused Therapy
Emotions can be scary and you may not always want to face them, but you can experience a wide range of healthy emotions and learn to express them in a way that feels good. The goal is to increase awareness of your emotions and how to regulate yourself when overwhelmed.

Solution Focused Therapy
Small steps lead to big changes. This approach focuses on the future and what you're hoping to accomplish. We'll encourage you to focus on what is changeable and attainable, instead of letting the size or complexity of a problem disempower you.
